GENERAL INFORMATION
The personal data subjects (hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”) defined as the concerned person in the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“LPPD”) are granted the right to make certain requests for the processing of personal data in Article 11 of the same law.
Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, the applications that shall be made for such rights to our company acting in capacity of Data Controller must be in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).
Within this framework, the applications to be made to our Company can be conveyed to us in “written” form, through printing this form;
- Through the applicant’s personal application,
- Through a notary public,
- By signing with the “secure electronic signature” defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 by the Applicant and sending it to the company’s
registered e-mail address.

Moreover, after the announcement of other methods to be determined by the Board, our Company shall announce how the applications shall be received through these methods.
Your applications submitted to us are in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the KVK Law, shall be replied depending on the nature of the request for free of charge within thirty days from the date of receipt. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the KVK Board may be charged. Our reply shall be sent to you either in writing or electronically pursuant to the provisions set forth in Article 13 of the KVKK.
Our company may accept the application or reject it for the following reasons by explaining the reason and notify the relevant person in writing or electronically. The application of the personal data subject may be rejected in the following cases:
- In case it prevents the rights and freedoms of other people
- If it requires disproportionate effort,
- If the information is public information
- If it endangers the privacy of others,
- Existence of one of the situations out of the scope pursuant to the KVK Law
THE RIGHT OF THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO COMPLAIN THE BOARD
Pursuant to Article 14 of the KVK Law, in cases where his/ her application of the personal data subject is rejected, if the answer given is insufficient or the application is not answered in time, within thirty days from the date the data controller gets the answer and in any case within sixty days from the date of application, he/ she can complain to the KVK Board. Without an application to our company, no complaint shall be made to the Board.
