This enlightenment text has been prepared by Stoneline Yapı Ürünleri San. A. Ş. as a data controller within the scope of the Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) numbered 6698 and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be followedin Fulfilling the Obligation of Enlightenment.
Stoneline Yapı Ürünleri San. A. Ş. displays great sensitivity to the preservation of all kinds of personal data belonging to you in the best possible way and with care.In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698, Stoneline Yapı Ürünleri San. A. Ş. shall be able to process, save, store, classify, update your personal data in accordance with the law and integrity rules and disclose/ transfer it to third parties where permitted by the legislation and/ or limited to the purpose for which they are processed. Being aware of our responsibility, we process your personal data as detailed in the Stoneline Yapı Ürünleri San. A. Ş. Personal Data Processing Policy on the website www.stoneline.com.tr as Data Controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation.
Within the scope of the legislation related to the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 Stoneline Yapı Ürünleri San. A. Ş. collects the following personal data as a Data Controller;
- Name surname, Identity information including Republic of Turkey identification number, signature, titles,
- Telephone number, address, e-mail address, (contact information),
- Invoice and bank account information, tax number information and financial information,
- Customer order information forms, demands and requests,
- Visual photos and videos,
- Project information and photos they have done,
- Contract and legal document information,
- Camera recording images are available for physical space security.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
As a product or service purchaser, your personal data can be processed by Stoneline Yapı Ürünleri San. A. Ş. in accordance with KVKK in the following cases;
- To follow and carry out legal affairs and to ensure contractual processes,
- To conduct communication activities
- To conduct business activities
- To carry out financial and accounting procedures and to report to the necessary authorities,
- To receive and evaluate suggestions for the improvement of business processes,
- To evaluate the suggestion and request forms filled in by the customer upon request and to improve the work processes.
- To take customer orders accurately,
- To carry out logistics activities and to ensure the receipt of the good/ service by the customer accurately,
- To deliver the good accurately by you attaching your name and surname and identification data on the good in the showroom
- To carry out after-sales support services for goods/ services,
- To conduct activities for customer satisfaction
- To conduct organization, event, fair activities,
- To conduct sale processes of goods/ services
- To carry out the production and operation processes of goods/ services,
- To carry out processes of customer relationship management
- To carry out marketing processes of products/ services,
- To provide information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations to the extent required by law within the scope of legal conditions,
- To ensure physical space security within the organization,
- In order to fulfill the legal obligations specified in the KVKK, Stoneline Yapı Ürünleri San. A. Ş. is processed by corporate departments.
COLLECTION METHODS AND LEGAL REASON OF THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Stoneline Yapı Ürünleri San. A. Ş. , your personal data listed below in Article 5 of KVKK.
- By your explicit consent,
- If expressly stipulated by the laws,
- In case it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of the employment contract,
- If it is essential for the data controller to fulfil his legal obligation,
- If data processing is essential for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned.
Your personal data are physically collected in personal files and lockers in electronic media (e-mail, systems, applications and public institution applications) where personnel records are kept by computer and processed within the scope of the purposes determined in accordance with the law.
TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your processed personal data shall be transferred;
- to law firms, business partners and banks in order to fulfill our obligations in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation in the country and to ensure the continuity of our commercial activities,
- Your name and surname identification data shall be transferred to the showroom of our store,
- If requested, camera recordings shall be transferred to law enforcement in order to ensure physical space security,
- Shall be transferred to the public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill legal obligations and/or satisfy requests of the public authorities within the framework of the conditions established by law.
Your processed personal data shall be transferred;
- Your personal data is transferred abroad with servers via e-mail, WhatsApp and website with cloud system in order to ensure business continuity, to carry out sales or purchase services of goods and services, and to ensure communication activities.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL OF PERSONAL DATA
Our company stores personal data for the purpose of processing personal data in proportion to the purpose of processing. When the purpose and reason for the processing of personal data disappears, the personal data shall be destroyed when the time limits required for the provision of our legal obligations are completed. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law:
- To know whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it,
- To know the purpose of processing your personal data and whether or not your personal data have been used in accordance with the intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred,
- To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request that this situation be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, if you exercise this right,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons for processing your personal data disappear, to request that this situation be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,if you exercise this right,
- To object to the result about you by analyzing the information we obtain with automatic systems and requesting compensation in case of damage.
You can submit your requests under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law titled “Rights of the Related Person” According to the “Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to Data Controller” By filling the Application Form of Stoneline Yapı Ürünleri San. A. Ş. in written form to the address of Stoneline Yapı Ürünleri San. A. Ş. Mimar Sinan Mahallesi Sarı Lale Sokak No: 4/ Eyüpsultan İstanbul, by signing with “secure electronic signature” to the address of sakayapi@hs01.kep.tr via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) or to kvkk@stoneline.com.tr via e-mail.
If you submit your request to our Company in accordance with the application procedures, we shall conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. However, if the process requires an additional cost, then the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
