Ş.  </strong>as a data controller within the scope of the Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (&#8220;KVKK&#8221;) numbered 6698 and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be followedin Fulfilling the Obligation of Enlightenment.    </p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stoneline Yapı Ürünleri San. A. Ş. </strong>displays great sensitivity to the preservation of all kinds of personal data belonging to you in the best possible way and with care.In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698, Stoneline Yapı Ürünleri San. A. Ş. shall be able to process, save, store, classify, update your personal data in accordance with the law and integrity rules and disclose/ transfer it to third parties where permitted by the legislation and/ or limited to the purpose for which they are processed. Being aware of our responsibility, we process your personal data as detailed in the Stoneline Yapı Ürünleri San. A. Ş. Personal Data Processing Policy on the website <a href=\"http://www.stoneline.com\"><strong><em>www.stoneline.com</em></strong></a><strong><em>.tr</em></strong>  as Data Controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the scope of the legislation related to the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 Stoneline Yapı Ürünleri San. A. Ş. in  accordance with KVKK in the following cases;</p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>To follow and carry out legal affairs and to ensure contractual processes,</li><li>To conduct communication activities</li><li>To conduct business activities</li><li>To carry out financial and accounting procedures and to report to the necessary authorities, </li><li>To receive and evaluate suggestions for the improvement of business processes,</li><li>To evaluate the suggestion and request forms filled in by the customer upon request and to improve the work processes. </li><li>To take customer orders accurately,</li><li>To carry out logistics activities and to ensure the receipt of the good/ service by the customer accurately,</li><li>To deliver the good accurately by you attaching your name and surname and identification data on the good  in the showroom </li><li>To carry out after-sales support services for goods/ services,</li><li>To conduct activities for customer satisfaction</li><li>To conduct organization, event, fair activities, </li><li>To conduct sale processes of goods/ services </li><li>To carry out the production and operation processes of goods/ services, </li><li>To carry out processes of customer relationship management</li><li>To carry out marketing processes of products/ services,</li><li>To provide information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations to the extent required by law within the scope of legal conditions,</li><li>To ensure physical space security within the organization, </li><li>In order to fulfill the legal obligations specified in the KVKK, Stoneline Yapı Ürünleri San. A. Ş. is processed by corporate departments.  </li></ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>COLLECTION METHODS AND LEGAL REASON OF THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stoneline Yapı Ürünleri San. A. Ş. , your personal data listed below in  Article 5 of KVKK.</h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>By your explicit consent,</li><li>If expressly stipulated by the laws,</li><li>In case it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of the employment contract,</li><li>If it is essential for the data controller to fulfil his legal obligation,</li><li>If data processing is essential for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned.</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Your personal data are physically collected in personal files and lockers in electronic media (e-mail, systems, applications and public institution applications) where personnel records are kept by computer and processed within the scope of the purposes determined in accordance with the law.&nbsp;</p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA&nbsp;</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your processed personal data shall be transferred;</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>to law firms, business partners and banks in order to fulfill our obligations in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation in the country and to ensure the continuity of our commercial activities,&nbsp;</li><li>Your name and surname identification data shall be transferred to the showroom of our store,</li><li>If requested, camera recordings shall be transferred to law enforcement in order to ensure physical space security,&nbsp;</li><li>Shall be transferred to the public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill legal obligations and/or satisfy requests of the public authorities within the framework of the conditions established by law.</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your processed personal data shall be transferred;</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Your personal data is transferred abroad with servers via e-mail, WhatsApp and website with cloud system in order to ensure business continuity, to carry out sales or purchase services of goods and services, and to ensure communication activities.&nbsp;</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>STORAGE AND DISPOSAL OF PERSONAL DATA&nbsp;</strong></h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our company stores personal data for the purpose of processing personal data in proportion to the purpose of processing.
