ENLIGHTENMENT TEXT REGARDING THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

This enlightenment text has been prepared by  Saka Yapı Ürünleri Dış Ve İç Tic. A.Ş. (Stoneline) as a data controller within the scope of the Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) numbered 6698 and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be followed in Fulfilling the Obligation of Enlightenment.    

Saka Yapı Ürünleri Dış Ve İç Tic. A.Ş. (Stoneline) displays great sensitivity to the preservation of all kinds of personal data belonging to you in the best possible way and with care.In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698, Saka Yapı Ürünleri Dış Ve İç Tic.  A.Ş (Stoneline) shall be able to process, save, store, classify, update your personal data in accordance with the law and integrity rules and disclose/ transfer it to third parties where permitted by the legislation and/ or limited to the purpose for which they are processed. Being aware of our responsibility, we process your personal data as detailed in the Saka Yapı Ürünleri Dış Ve İç Tic. A.Ş. (Stoneline) Personal Data Processing Policy on the website www.stoneline.com as Data Controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation.

Within the scope of the legislation related to the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 as Saka Yapı Ürünleri Dış Ve İç Tic. A.Ş. (Stoneline) Data Controller and by means of the job application form; 

  • Identification data (Name-surname, place and date of birth, nationality, gender), 
  • Photograph
  • Contact data (address, home phone, mobile phone, e-mail address),
  • Driving Licence
  • Information about the military service and status,
  • Educational status (schools graduated, certificates, courses attended, computer and foreign language knowledge/ level),
  • Professional status information (work experience, department desired to work) 
  • Reference information, phone and position, work place of the reference,
  • Net salary expectation, travel information
  • Personal data of camera recording images are collected.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA 

  • Assessing the candidate’s qualification, experience, interest and eligibility for the vacant position,
  • If necessary, checking the accuracy of the information submitted by the candidate or contacting third parties and conducting a reference search for the candidate,
  • To be able to carry out the application processes of Employee Candidates,
  • To contact the candidate about the application and recruitment process,
  • Camera records are obtained in order to carry out activities in accordance with the legislation and to ensure the safety of the venue.

COLLECTION METHODS AND LEGAL REASON OF THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data such as “Identity Information, Contact Information, Education Information, Image and Photo Information, Reference Information, Professional Experience Information” are processed automatically by the human resources department authorized by Saka Yapı Ürünleri Dış Ve İç Tic. A.Ş. (Stoneline) through e-mail, kariyer.net application by filling out the job application form by the person concerned if data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that the company does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned  within the scope of the article 5/2-f of the law numbered 6698   

TRANSFER AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA 

  • Your personal data in question can only be transferred to the legal authorities or the relevant law enforcement officers upon request in accordance with the resolution of legal disputes or the relevant legislation.

In this context, personal data processed based on your explicit consent and in line with legitimate interests shall be processed for a period of 6 months with the specified purposes and methods, and shall be kept in accordance with the Law, unless you withdraw your explicit consent.

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law: 

  •  To know whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it,
  •  To know the purpose of processing your personal data and whether or not your personal data have been used in accordance with the intended purpose,
  •  To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred,
  •  To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request that this situation be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, if you exercise this right,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons for processing your personal data disappear, to request that this situation be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,if you exercise this right,
  • To object to the result about you by analyzing the information we obtain with automatic systems and requesting compensation in case of damage.

You can submit your requests under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law titled “Rights of the Related Person”  According to the “Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to Data Controller”  By filling the Application Form of Saka Yapı Ürünleri Dış Ve İç Tic. A.Ş. (Stoneline) in written form to the address of Saka Yapı Ürünleri Dış Ve İç Tic.A.Ş. (Stoneline)  Mimar Sinan Mahallesi Sarı Lale Sokak No: 4/ Eyüpsultan İstanbul, by signing with “secure electronic signature” to the address of sakayapi@hs01.kep.tr via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) or to kvkk@stoneline.com.tr via e-mail.

Our company finalizes the requests in the application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. Relevant persons shall be responded in writing or electronically within the legal periods. However, if the transaction in question requires additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
