You have the right to access the information we hold about you. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, to request that we restrict how we use it, or to ask us to delete it. You may also request the
correction of inaccurate information, ask us to transfer information you have provided to another organisation, and withdraw any consent you have previously given.

Please note that these rights may not apply in all situations. For example, we may not be able to delete information that we are legally required to retain, or that is necessary to fulfil our obligations to you.

How We Fulfil Your Request
To process your request, we will need to verify your identity. Please do not send original identification documents. If you are submitting a request on behalf of a child or another individual, you must also provide evidence that you are authorised to act on their behalf.
Once we receive your request and any necessary supporting documents, we aim to respond within one month. If the request is complex and requires more time, we will notify you and keep you updated.
