How We Fulfil Your Request
To process your request, we will need to verify your identity. Please do not send original identification documents. If you are submitting a request on behalf of a child or another individual, you must also provide evidence that you are authorised to act on their behalf.
Once we receive your request and any necessary supporting documents, we aim to respond within one month. If the request is complex and requires more time, we will notify you and keep you updated.
